Beat officers to host surgery for Sunbury
residents
Residents are invited to express their views on local policing
issues at a new surgery, which is to be launched in Sunbury this
month. The surgeries have been organised by the Sunbury Neighbourhood
Specialist Officer Kevin Sumner and Police Community Support Officer
Catherine Anderson.
These surgeries are a first for Sunbury and are set to be a permanent
feature, although times and dates will change, they will be published
on a monthly basis. The proposed surgeries will take place between
6pm and 8pm on Thursday 22nd January at the Metropolitan Housing
Trust offices in Elm Court Staines Road West and on Wednesday 28th
January between 12pm and 2pm at Sunbury Police Office in Staines
Road East.
PC Sumner said: "The surgeries will give the community a fixed
time and date in which they can come and speak in confidence about
local problems and concerns in Sunbury." "Members of the
public are welcome to visit and discuss all police related issues,
such as anti-social behaviour and crime prevention at the surgeries."
